Shipping Costs:

As part of the TAMKIN family, we are very happy to offer free shipping for subscribers only, no matter what subscription you have. There will be no added expenses after the purchase related to shipping costs.

If you have purchased the Gift Box, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When will my order arrive? 

All orders will be shipped on the 1st day of every month for existing subscribers. Once processed, your order will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Every subscriber will be notified through email once the order has been shipped.

For new subscribers or if you purchased the Gift Box, orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Once shipped, your order will take 1-3 business days to arrive.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will make sure you get your package as soon as possible.

International Shipping 

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally. We look to provide this service for our TAMKIN family as soon as we can! 


TAMKIN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy 

We do not accept returns for orders already shipped. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the remaining months. You will not be refunded for the orders you have already received during your subscription.
